While we wait on our daughter to arrive, I have decided that it is time to start taking advantage of all the perks available to expectant mothers. Over the next few days (or until she gets here), I am going to visit every establishment that offers preferred parking to expectant mothers. I may not buy anything at all, but I do intend to take my wife, park there, and go inside just because we can. We're going to milk this as long as we can...

Bouncing, Walking, and Mexican Food
We've done it all trying to coerce baby McKenna out into the world. She's not here yet, but we will keep waiting patiently. In the meantime, I am preparing myself for the challenges of fatherhood. This was a gift from the Rawlings/Murrahs at Chelsea's Waxahachie shower. Who knows, I just might be able to change her, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it...

I could get used to this...
Imagine coming home from a hard days work to find homemade Double-tree chocolate chip cookies. That is exactly what I experienced today as my amazing wife had been hard at work cooking dinner and these cookies! Even though we are still waiting on McKenna, I am being spoiled by getting to see my beautiful wife and the fruits of her labor....
